Perivan recently completed the development of a PowerPoint add-in that enables users to build presentations and reports quickly from other presentations, slides and slide libraries. The add-in can be used for the rapid creation of client specific institutional and segregated fund reports, which often use standard slides and information from feeder libraries containing information on funds, markets and economic conditions.

The tool maintains information on which ‘feeder’ slides have been used, making it easy for the tool to update reports automatically when the underlying slides have changed. The tool increases productivity, reduces timescales and costs and increases consistency and accuracy. It is easy to deploy and can be used with existing PowerPoint presentations.
