Our Leadership

Philip Williams

Philip was educated at Charterhouse and Bristol University, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Classics. In 1981 he joined the family business, Williams Lea, as a financial printing salesman. Williams Lea was a diversified printing group in those days and Philip gained experience of many different roles and businesses in the following years. In 1989 he was promoted to the main board with responsibility for the burgeoning facilities management business and was centrally involved in the successful reorientation of the company away from printing towards business process outsourcing. In 2003 he led the management buyout of Perivan and has served as Chairman and CEO since then.

Robin Bishop

Robin began his career aged 16 at Waterlow London, a long established City printing company, as a trainee customer service administrator, becoming a customer service manager by the age of 21. He joined the sales team at Williams Lea in 1981, leaving in 1984 to help establish a new financial printing company, Libra City Corporate Printing, initially as Sales Director. He later became Managing Director and built a successful company which was acquired by Unidigital, a Nasdaq quoted company in 1996. In 2003 Robin invested in the management buyout and became a director of Perivan. In March 2007, following discussions with some fund administration clients in Guernsey, he had the idea of developing VirtualBoardroom.

Geoff Hudson

Geoff spent his earlier career in the chemicals and plastics industry, including nine years as Managing Director of the UK subsidiary of a German plastics producer. This was followed by six years at Wardle Storeys Plc as Corporate Development Director and as a Divisional Managing Director. In 2003 Geoff invested in the management buyout and became a director of Perivan. In 2017 he retired from day to day involvement in the company and is now a non-executive director.
